Hello, I’m Larisa – a passionate entrepreneur with roots in Uzbekistan. At 23, I moved to Germany with a scholarship to pursue my master’s degree. My journey into recruiting began in 2011, and by 2017 I had taken on my first leadership role in a digital company. Since 2021, I’ve been fully focused on my entrepreneurial path, combining my recruiting expertise with a mission to empower others and create practical, impactful solutions.

I’ve published two books, developed the DRIVE Methodology® (now a registered brand), and regularly speak at conferences on entrepreneurship, recruiting, and leadership.

With over 13 years of experience, nearly 5,000 interviews, hundreds of hires – and even more rejections – I’ve seen one thing clearly: technical skills alone aren’t enough in a fast-changing world. That’s why I identified five soft skills that are essential at every career stage: focus, adaptability, collaboration, stress resilience, and self-leadership. And the best part? These can be trained through movement – with padel, yoga, running, or dancing.

My mission is to inspire people and drive meaningful change in the business world – with clarity, courage, and momentum.
