This is due to the limited number of spots and the advance commitment of resources required to host this retreat. **Final Payment (Second 50%)** **Cancellations on or before 30 August 2025**: → If you have paid the full amount and cancel by this date, you will receive a **refund of the second 50% payment**, minus a **€75 administrative fee**. **Cancellations after 30 August 2025**: → **No refunds will be issued** for any reason, including illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies. **Alternatives in Case of Cancellation** If you are unable to attend, you may **transfer your spot to another person**, subject to our approval and confirmation of their full payment. Transfers must be finalized by **5 September 2025**. --- **Event Cancellation by Organizer** In the rare event that Mindset4Win must cancel the retreat (e.g. due to force majeure, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment): You will receive a **full refund of all payments made**. However, we are **not responsible for any additional costs** incurred by you, such as flights, accommodations outside the retreat, or visas. Health & Travel Insurance Participants are solely responsible for their own health and travel insurance. Mindset4Win and its team do not assume any responsibility for medical care, emergencies, or health-related costs during the retreat.
